Lately I feel we use the word timeless too often, when it should only be used for things that really survive the test of time, and manage to stay relevant no matter what the era, like watches.

Let me explain…

Watches lost their usefulness with the age of the smartphone, yet they still manage to stay relevant by changing what they stand for. Once solely to show the time, watches have emerged to have become one of fashions icon accessories (and the best item to upgrade your instagram photos). They are a statement, more than a use and the new Cartier watch is the definition of that statement!

The Panthere de Cartier model was designed from the beginning to be used first as jewelry and only after as a watch. This is one of the most recognizable models with the brand and this year Cartier's designers decided to give it a contemporary and desirable fresh new look.

The watch in its new reformation offers a very elegant, clean, precise and super feminine design, it comes in four shades – metal, yellow gold (my favorite model), pink and speckled gold. Its only drawback is the very, very expensive price (starting from 21,350 ILS), which completely satisfied its role as a status symbol :).
