Summer has not yet begun and I find it very difficult to leave the air-conditioned house and go outside. The only problem is that my desire to stay in low temperatures conflicts with my desire to lose a pound or two, every hour I spend at home is wasted by the endless eating of empty carbohydrates, that goes straight to my hips.

A good friend of mine suggested that I try a trick she uses on her 3-year-old son – to find stimuli that will make every visit outside enjoyable. Once she said stimulation I knew exactly what I needed to do – shopping the perfect items that would make the unbearable heat bearable,  fashionable and super chic:
