Lately, I have been feeling a kind of sanity from the shopping craze that has gripped me in recent months. One of my decisions for the New Year, was to buy less but more precise, hoping that only  quality and useful items will enter my closet (as opposed to quite a few items that currently fill my closet, but never make me want to pull them out). After some deep thought, I came to the conclusion that every closet must actually have five Basic items and the rest should be built around them –

1. A Quality Sweater

This sweater has been on my to buy list for several months now, but I have refrained from buying it until now because it is crazy expensive. This week I decided to buy it for a number of reasons – it is now on sale, it's timeless, comfortable, but mostly because I deserve it!
