Last week I suddenly saw on my Instagram feed a picture of the Italian fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni, dressed like a religious woman from Mea Shearim (a very religious district in Israel), What shocked me the most was her choice of accessory – The Headband!

I have to admit that I needed a second to recover from the look, and the strange choice of accessory but as I continued to scroll through the images in my Instagram account, I noticed that all my favorite bloggers had adopted a different kind of version of this headband. An item that until now had been the exclusive domain of girls between the ages 6-8 (or spinning classes).

Strange, not really, this is the beauty of fashion, the ability to give basic items glam and to make them mandatory!
